The Kern River Valley Heritage Foundation (KRVHF) was founded on August 8th, 2000. In keeping with our founding vision of preservation and management of each of the lands we own, our organization has grown from the goals and dreams of 2000 to a viable and self-sustaining non-profit organization that today has stewardship responsibilities of over 4,000 acres of beautiful rolling hills and valleys of the Kern River Valley.
We will be replanting and weeding on the restoration site, clearing tumbleweeds, and removing trash. Please bring water, gloves, and a digging/weeding tool or pitchfork for tumbleweeds. Also, if you would like, please bring a food or drink item to share. If you are interested in participating or have any questions, please email krvheritagefoundation@gmail.com
